General conditions of Sale

This text defines the operation of the online store and explains its conditions of sale. Luz Natural is an e-commerce site managed by Inês Cerqueira.

Prices

All available articles in Luz Natural have marked the sale price with VAT included at the legal rate and excluding shipping costs. If you live outside the European Union, please note that the customs services in your country may charge you additional customs fees. These rates are not the responsibility of Luz Natural and vary by country. Please check with the customs services in your country before placing an order.

Order

To order one or more items, the customer must follow the usual procedure on the online sales sites: use the buttons next to each item to add them to the basket, change the quantities if you want to purchase more than one unit of each item and check out according to the instructions provided by the site.

Payment methods

Luz Natural customers can choose between the following methods of payment: credit or debit card (through the PayPal system), MBnet (through the PayPal system) or bank transfer.

About these payment methods

  • Paypal

The PayPal system allows you to use debit or credit cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, AMEX) to make online payments in complete safety. Follow the instructions below:

1 - Place your order and choose the mode of payment PayPal,
2 - You will be redirected to a Paypal security page where you will have to enter your debit or credit card details and finalize your order.

 

  • MBnet (Portugal only)
You can also use the MBnet service to make payments with the Paypal system:
activate the MBnet service through your e-banking service, create a temporary MBnet card in the dedicated area in your e-banking and enter the details of that temporary card on the Paypal security page to finalize the order.

 

  • Bank transfer (Portugal only)
    Payments by bank transfer will only be considered valid by sending proof of payment by e-mail and after good collection. If the transfer is carried out at the counter of a bank or in an ATM, it is essential to send a scan or photograph of the proof of the transfer, also by electronic mail.
    Orders that are not paid within three business days will be canceled.

     

    Shipping Methods

    All orders destined to Continental Portugal are sent through Correios de Portugal (CTT) by registered mail.

    After the shipment, customers will receive the registration number of their order by email and may use CTT's Object Search service to locate it, thus ensuring delivery.

    If you prefer we can send your order to a pick-up delivery point of your choice, send us an email to info@aluznatural.com to organize it.

    Delivery times

    Delivery times may be slightly higher during the balances and holidays periods. Except for these exceptions, normal delivery times will be:

    Continental Portugal - 1 to 3 business days

    Delivery Guarantee

    All orders are shipped within 2 business days after confirmation of payment. For all orders, the shipment confirmation will include the indication of the carrier as well as the information of the tracking number of the shipment.

    The customer is responsible for tracking the order with the registration number provided and for timely picking up your order at the CTT station if it is not delivered to you by the postman.

    In the event that the order is returned to the sender because it has not been timely picked up at the CTT station, the reshipment will only be made by re-payment of the shipping costs.

    Exchanges and Returns

    Customers will be able to return the articles that present manufacturing defects and, in this case, will be reimbursed in the total value of the same and the respective shipping costs.

    The deadline for exchanges and returns is 15 days. Only items that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
